We fully understand that the booked time sometimes does not fit. For sweeps and fire protection checks, the work is planned according to the pearl string principle. This means that our rate is also adjusted after work is carried out in the same areas on the same day. Rebooking two days before announced work is desirable and is free of charge. If you want a completely different time than when we are in your area, that is of course great, but then there may be a fee if we are only allowed to go to sweep or check fire safety in your house.
